Just wanted to say a big thank you to Kev – I was having some issues with my laptop not starting or booting windows. Kev was able to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem with me over the phone without even seeing the laptop in person. After following his advice and replacing the incompatible hard drive I was trying to install, the laptop is working perfectly again. 10/10 service and I’ll be recommending him to anyone that has any kind of tech problems.
