Just wanted to say a big thank you to Kev – I was having some issues with my laptop not starting or booting windows. Kev was able to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem with me over the phone without even seeing the laptop in person. After following his advice and replacing the incompatible hard drive I was trying to install, the laptop is working perfectly again. 10/10 service and I’ll be recommending him to anyone that has any kind of tech problems. When another business gave me the runaround, I was stuck and didn’t know who to go to. Thankfully my grandfather had just had a computer serviced and rectified in no time by Big Kev. I rang Big Kevs out of urgency, my work laptop was powering on, but nothing was appearing on the screen. I brought it to Kev in the afternoon, and he fixed it overnight. I was able to gain access to all of my files again. Thanks Kev.
